Withdraw from Contract
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (the “cooling-off period”). Use this form to exercise that right. You can also withdraw by emailing go@gocrazyai.com with an unequivocal statement of your decision.
What the right of withdrawal covers
- Subscriptions: you may withdraw within 14 days of the initial purchase. If you used the service during that period, a proportionate amount for the service already provided may be deducted from your refund.
- Credit purchases: credits are digital content delivered immediately. If you expressly consented to immediate delivery at checkout and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal, the right no longer applies once delivery has begun. Unused credits from a purchase where no such consent was given remain covered.
After you submit, we will email you a confirmation of receipt including the date and time of your request. Refunds that are due are issued to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. See our Refund Policy and Terms of Service for details.
