Refund Policy

Credits

All credit purchases on GoCrazyAI are final and non-refundable, except where the EU/EEA right of withdrawal described below applies. Once purchased, credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Credits are consumed when you generate content (videos, images, voice, music, etc.) and cannot be recovered after use.

Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No questions asked.
  • Access continues until end of billing period. After cancellation, you will retain full access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds. We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
  • No automatic renewal after cancellation. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew and no further charges will be made.

EU/EEA Consumers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason (the “cooling-off period”). You can exercise this right at any time via our Withdraw from Contract page or by sending an unequivocal statement to go@gocrazyai.com. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email, including the date and time it was submitted.

  • Credits (digital content). At checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery of your credits and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
  • Subscriptions (services). You may withdraw within 14 days of your initial purchase. Because the service starts immediately at your request, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal.
  • Refund timing. Refunds that are due are issued to your original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal request.

Billing Descriptor

Charges will appear as GOCRAZYAI or USPEH LABS LLC on your bank or card statement.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue on our end that prevents you from receiving the content you paid for (e.g., a system error where credits were deducted but no content was generated), please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue, which may include restoring the credits used.
