Refund Policy

Credits

All credit purchases on GoCrazyAI are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, credits cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Credits are consumed when you generate content (videos, images, voice, music, etc.) and cannot be recovered after use.

Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No questions asked.
• Access continues until end of billing period. After cancellation, you will retain full access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
• No partial refunds. We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
• No automatic renewal after cancellation. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew and no further charges will be made.

Billing Descriptor

Charges will appear as GOCRAZYAI or USPEH LABS LLC on your bank or card statement.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue on our end that prevents you from receiving the content you paid for (e.g., a system error where credits were deducted but no content was generated), please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue, which may include restoring the credits used.
