Trust, Safety
& Responsible Use

GoCrazyAI is a technology platform that enables users to generate AI-based visual and audiovisual content for creative, entertainment, and professional purposes. Our approach is grounded in user privacy, lawful use, and responsible operation.

This page outlines how GoCrazyAI protects users, enforces safeguards, and maintains compliance with legal, payment, and advertising standards.

1Age Eligibility & Access Control

GoCrazyAI requires users to meet minimum age requirements.

  • Users must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and use our services.
  • Access to the platform constitutes confirmation of legal age.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Accounts suspected of underage use are subject to immediate restriction or termination.

2Privacy-First Design

User privacy is fundamental to GoCrazyAI's operation.

  • User prompts, uploads, and generated outputs are private by default.
  • Content is not made public or shared by GoCrazyAI.
  • User content is not sold, licensed, or used for advertising purposes.
  • Inputs and outputs are not used to train AI models.

Data is processed solely to provide the requested service and is handled using secure, encrypted infrastructure. Where possible, content is retained only temporarily and removed automatically in accordance with operational and legal requirements.

3User Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they upload and generate.

  • GoCrazyAI claims no ownership rights over user-generated content.
  • A limited technical license is granted solely to process and deliver the service.
  • GoCrazyAI does not review, publish, or monetize individual user content.

4Responsible Use Framework

GoCrazyAI provides advanced creative tools. These tools must be used responsibly.

  • Users are solely responsible for the prompts they submit and content they generate.
  • Generated outputs represent algorithmic results, not the views or intent of GoCrazyAI.
  • The platform must not be used for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
  • Creative freedom does not override legal or ethical obligations.

5Strictly Prohibited Content

To comply with applicable laws, payment provider requirements, and advertising standards, GoCrazyAI strictly prohibits:

  • Any content involving minors in any context
  • Non-consensual sexual or exploitative material
  • Content that is illegal under applicable law
  • Extreme violence intended to harm real persons
  • Harassment, hate, or threats against real individuals or protected groups
  • Fraud, impersonation, or deceptive misuse of AI
  • Deepfake or likeness misuse involving private individuals without consent

⚠️ Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, without refund.

7AI Transparency & Limitations

AI-generated content is probabilistic and may be imperfect.

  • Outputs may contain inaccuracies, visual artifacts, or unintended details.
  • GoCrazyAI does not guarantee realism, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
  • AI outputs do not constitute advice, endorsement, or factual representation.
  • Deepfake labeling. Face swap, lip-sync, talking-avatar and similar likeness-altering outputs are artificially generated or manipulated media (“deepfakes” under the EU AI Act). GoCrazyAI discloses this on the platform, and you are required to clearly and visibly label such content as artificially generated or manipulated whenever you publish or share it (EU AI Act, Article 50(4)).
  • Conversational AI disclosure. AI Characters and chat features are AI systems, not real people. This is disclosed in the chat interface itself so it is always clear you are interacting with an AI (EU AI Act, Article 50(1)).
  • Content provenance. Images, videos, and audio generated on GoCrazyAI from August 2026 onward carry an embedded, machine-readable marker identifying them as AI-generated: the industry-standard IPTC Digital Source Type value trainedAlgorithmicMedia, written into the file’s metadata (XMP for images and video, ID3 for audio) in line with Article 50(2) of the EU AI Act. This is the same vocabulary major platforms and search engines read to recognize AI-generated media. We are additionally evaluating cryptographically signed provenance (C2PA Content Credentials) as a next step.
  • Text outputs. AI chat responses are clearly disclosed as AI-generated in the interface itself. Machine-readable marking of plain conversational text is not technically feasible with current standards — plain text carries no metadata container, and text watermarking schemes do not survive copying or editing — so, consistent with the “technically feasible” qualification in Article 50(2) of the EU AI Act, we rely on interface-level disclosure for text while applying machine-readable marking work to image, video, and audio media.

8Content Moderation & Review

GoCrazyAI does not conduct routine human review of user content.

  • Automated systems may be used to enforce safety rules and platform integrity.
  • Human review occurs only when legally required or following substantiated abuse reports.
  • User privacy is prioritized at all times.

9Abuse Reporting & Enforcement

Users may report suspected misuse or policy violations through official support channels. Anyone — with or without an account — can request removal of content that depicts them without consent via our content removal form. Non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated depictions, is removed within 48 hours of a valid report.

GoCrazyAI reserves the right to:

  • Investigate credible reports
  • Restrict or terminate accounts
  • Cooperate with lawful authorities when required

Abusive or false reporting may result in enforcement action.

10Third-Party Infrastructure & Security

GoCrazyAI operates on trusted third-party AI and cloud infrastructure.

  • Data processing is limited to technical necessity
  • User identity is not shared for marketing or profiling
  • No third party receives ownership of user content
  • All providers are selected with security and compliance in mind.

11Compliance & Policy Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect:

  • Legal or regulatory changes
  • Platform improvements
  • Payment or advertising requirements

Continued use of GoCrazyAI constitutes acceptance of the current version.

Final Statement
